Provided Seating/Tables: Mezzanine- 45 seats, First story- 29 seats, 4 hightop standing tables (16 Capacity). Indoor seating is mixed tables, couches, and barstools. 2000 sf interior space. 

 

Warehouse: Additional industrial style setting of 3600 sf with availability for 150 seats.

Bar area:

Included in pricing.  Area for bartenders/servers. We do permit outside alcohol.

Food/Beverages:

We offer the flexibility to bring your own food/drinks or have it fully catered! We have compiled a list of preferred vendors that can cater/bartend/event plan to customize your needs and your budget.

Custom Signage:

Custom writing/message on our moss wall to greet your guests to the venue.

 

Music:

Surround sound bose speakers on interior.  Access to YouTube music/bluetooth.

 

Parking: 

Included on site. Additional parking offsite of venue.

 

TV/slideshow:

3 Tv’s with Slideshow capability on interior

2 interior downstairs, 1 warehouse (if warehouse rented additionally).  3 total handicap accessible. 1 located on mezzanine upstairs.
